I remember seeing them in the past, but can't recall the site. I would say that a store looking this bad is not the norm, but from the pics, I would say they were taken during the Christmas holidays, when the stores are shopped the most. We have about half the staffing we had when I started working for WM several years ago, so it is much harder to keep a store like WM as clean as it should be. In their drive to make even more profits (with fewer employees), pictures like these may become the norm. It's always worth a repost, so we know how bad things can become in short order. I would say that a store looking this bad is not the norm, but from the pics, I would say they were taken during the Christmas holidays, when the stores are shopped the most. And if several employees decided to miss work that day, it could extend to another day. I'd like to see this same store a day or so after these pictures were taken.
