ANOTHER MILESTONE…
Periodically I stop to take stock at The Writing On The Wal (nee No Cleveland Walmart). This month my co-bloggers Jonathan Rees, Robert Feinman, Peter Sayles (occasionally Someone In USA) and I, are 2,000 posts and counting into our Wal-Mart saga.
We’ve come quite a ways since last summer when we passed the 1,000 mark. There have been plenty of stories for everyone and we’ve received our share of accolades and collected a few scalps along the way.
I’d really like to hear from our readers about which stories have held your interest?
What have you found most valuable about The Writing On The Wal?
What are we doing that you’d like to see more of?
What aren’t we doing that you think we need to start doing?
What stories are we missing?
Let us know. We’re all about the conversation.
Not many comments here. That means that either everything is fine or no one reads the blog.
Seriously, this is my favorite Wal-Mart site. It is updated regularly and covers most important Wal-Mart issues, often before the union sites. It is well-written with intelligent commentary on the news reported. Perhaps best of all, you don’t have posters fighting back and forth like they are in third grade.
Shalom Someone,
Cheers.
You’re right about the comments.
Our traffic peaked at just over 10,000 unique visitors per month back in October and the conventional wisdom says that that should translate into about 100 comments/month (comments run about 1 percent of readership on blogs).
But we’re not getting those kinds of comments and I’m not sure if it’s because people agree with us or that we’re not being provactive enough.
B’shalom,
Jeff
