Anyhow, I have gotten 123 emails from people saying they had the same thing happen to them, I have told every single one of them to fill out an incident report at walmart along with some other things. Walmart has been saying for the last 3 months there are less than 10 complaints I know that is untrue but that isn’t the important part, HERE is the important part (and the really weird part).

I got several emails saying the shoes had been recalled, I called Wal-Mart to try and verify this.

I called Friday Sept 7 around 4:30 to 4:50 Arkansas time, I was told there was a recall on No Boundaries flip flops, I hung up and realized I should have gotten more info, I tired to call back but I guess everyone had gone home.

So, I called Monday around 12:00 Florida time, I spoke with a guy named Alex. Do you know that Alex told me there is no flip recall, never was, none at all. Then he told me that I could bring my shoes in and get a full refund. What would I do that for it there was nothing wrong with them and there was no recall?

I sent my husband into Wal-Mart to see if they had the flip flops still, not ones like mine, don’t get me wrong, it IS the end of the season so they should be getting rid of flip flops, but all the other ones were there, but the ones like mine. GONE, they were just there the other day.
