The good side of being only one of two companies selling something is that people have to come to you to buy it. The bad side of being only one of two companies selling something is that when it goes bad, people know where to find you.

Such is the case with the Adventure Play Sets and Create N Adventure Wooden Play Sets sold by Wal-Mart and Toys R Us.

You’d think that when you’re only one of 11,000 people to shell out somewhere between $400 and $1,500 so that your kids can have fun this summer, you want to believe that one of your children wouldn’t join the 114 individuals who have been injured by cheap metal crap made in China defective parts made in China.

Anyone want to give odds on how long Wal-Mart will continue to sell the gliders?
