The things I do for this blog.
Despite my misgivings, I joined Facebook in large part so that I can read the Walmart page. Looking around a little, this appears to be a gold mine for material about which to blog. Just going through the top thread that I see there now, there’s this:
I loved your store. Seems though lately i spend most of my time coming in there to go off on someone for mistreating one of my family or friends. I apply there all the time. I am a great customer service rep, and you keep hireing rude, ppl who havent a clue as to what they are doing. (Jackson & Hillsdale, MI stores)
This:
Oh No…!!!!!!!! I tried to return a PC game that had NEVER been opened, and the bitches wouldn’t even accept it, even though I had not broke the seal, had the receipt and all. Now, how low can you go? I guess I will start shopping ELSEWHERE where I know I can at least get my money back or an exchange, if I purchased the product there.
And, my favorite, this:
i love walmart i used to work at the qurry bend walmart in sandy ut i love shoppinf there but hate working there
I gotta hand it to Walmart, though. It does take guts to let people post whatever where it can’t be edited. As a result, this is going to be a lot more interesting read than Walmart’s last Web 2.0 venture.
Shalom Jonathan,
Better you than me. I’m glad you took one for the home team.
B’shalom,
Jeff
